Lower Body:

15-20 reps x 3 sets

Leg press 450 lbs

Duo split squat 210 lbs each leg

Trap bar deadlifts 85 lbs

Hack squat 150 lbs

Sumo squats 50 lb kettlebell

Knee tucks on bench
