Was just filling up the work truck with diesel ($5.50/gal 🤡) and the old timer next to me nervously started a conversation about how he was short money this month and didn’t have funds for enough gas to get his prescription and get home. Asked me if he “could bum a couple gallons” for his trip.

It was actually heartbreaking. He told me about filling up the tank in his Studebaker in 1958 for $3. He was distraught and ashamed. I filled his tank up, we swapped stories for a bit, shook hands and went our separate ways.

Inflation touches everyone. Fiat destroys lives. Fuck these central bank criminals who are syphoning life from everyone.

Unfortunately we are bound to see more and more of your example as hyperinflation takes place. It’s sad

Brutal moment. Glad I could help a bit - he was very clearly in need but didn’t want to ask. Guy was in his 80s and just couldn’t conceive of a world where gas was $5.30/gallon a regular house 500k cuck units. He was in disbelief at the state of the money.

It felt so good knowing that there are people (Bitcoiner’s) out there fighting a battle for the future of money. That there is a tool to counter fiat and that will ultimately allow adopters to not end up in his position. Finally a way to strike back.

#Bitcoin or slavery.

Thanks for helping him. This is why bitcoin

Was happy to help that guy.

Do good deeds and life will smile back at you đź’śđź’ś

The economic system is failing all around us, we only have each other to do what’s right for all of us

“Do the right thing” is a big part of my life philosophy.

Same here brother 🤝💜🫂

A good deed, ser. 🫡

The world is getting worse and we’ll need to help more people in the future.

I’ve been really fortunate in life in a lot of ways and I’m willing to help others when the situation calls for it. 🧡

What you did is the way. 🫡

Man it was a sad situation. I didn’t say anything to him about it but we’re all fighting this battle for ourselves and people like him. Failure is not an option.

My dad has passed but my mum is still here. That generation signed up for a world where they worked their asses off for the man with the promise of a funded comfortable retirement. They have been rugged. The governments got themselves in such a hole they just took it and spent that as well. Fortunately we have a choice. They didn’t

Well done. I hope many of us would do the same in a similar situation.

You definitely would have. I’m from a drug infested region and wary of scams but this was just an old guy down on his luck. Faced with a world that’s left him far behind. Breaks my heart to see the way he was hurting.

You're a good person

Thanks, I think any of us would’ve done the same.

In sadness and times of need, humanity will show what has been lost. It will be regained through acts such as this.

Nicely written. I’m bullish on Bitcoiner’s and what we’ll do as we become more capitalized over time. With great power comes great responsibility.
