If you just eat what is in the Bible you'll be fine. That includes meat, non-meat, Fish, and as always... Ask for the Lord in Jesus name to bless the food. Blessed food is much more nutritious.

The Bible definitely has a lot of wine drinking. It also has this:

1 Pe 5:8 KJV Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:

Regarding food is important to ask for a blessing and regarding wine it's important to not be a drunk.
