How ironic it is to be only able to spend transparent and surveillable Bitcoin instead of Monero.

Wannabe cypherpunks have still some more pain to suffer before they will become wiser and let go off their ego and pride by using so called shitcoins to protect their lives in meat space.

Bitcoin's transparency ensures security and trust. With innovations like the Lightning Network enhancing privacy without compromising its core values, it's a layered approach akin to using TCP/IP. Appreciate the layers.

How ironic that the entirety of privacy tech is on the line and all you can think about is complaining that no one uses your dumb fucking shitcoin

the monero cult continues its trolling campaign on nostr to no effect except getting their gay asses muted

there is also a bloc of privacy ninnies in the client dev scene who think that auth is literally doxxing themselves when it's essential for spam prevention

practicality and ideology are incompatible

Thank you for showing some (true?) colours of yourself?

From an investigative journalist I would expect two things.

1) Taking your OpSec more serious as only agency approved journalists can afford to be unguarded.

2) More curiosity and research regarding attacks on the only shit coin that seems to be powerful enough to get delisted from all major CEX.

So far I liked all your articles, but when I spot naivety within our ranks I will call it out. As the wring ideas (false security) endanger real people's lives that are part of the cypherpunk movement.

I care for you. I care for the movement. I couldn't care less about NGU mentality.

#Monero #Bitcoin #Security #Privacy

In other words. Stupid people (the 99% who don't know how to make a bullet proof private BTC transaction) who donate to the fund with Bitcoin like they did to Canadian truckers will all land in a database.

Governments get a social graph of today's dissidents presented on a silver platter. How is that serving anybody? The movement? Roman?

Sorry I'm not reading all of this

As I see it, you hope for the best ignoring basic opsec.

I wish you luck. A lot of it. And I wish you humbleness. More than you currently show.
