Fun times re reading the US Constition. Apparently we need 11,433 members in the House to allow no member to represent greater than 30,000 people.

I think it should be changed from:

"The Congress shall assemble at least once in every Year, and such Meeting shall be on the first Monday in December..."

to:

"The Congress shall assemble only once in every Year, and such Meeting shall be on the first Monday in December..."
