How about beef tongue and pork cheek?
Omg beef tongue 🤤 literally went last Wednesday and two orders of that all to my self so damn good
Marinade:
1 small asian pear, peeled and grated
1/2 small onion, minced 1/4 cup tamari (or reduced sodium soy sauce)
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
1 tablespoon miso paste
1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
1 teaspoon of sweetener
2 chopped green onions
