2 tablespoons rice vinegar

3 garlic cloves, minced

1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil

1 tablespoon miso paste

1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper

1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds

1 teaspoon of sweetener

2 chopped green onions

You can choose many different types of sweetener, to help caramelize the meat. Brown sugar, honey, maple syrup etc
