no matter how much work there is to do or how tired I am, I always take time midday to walk around in the sunlight & refresh

This, waking up at 6am, eating just once per day, and standing desk only changed the remote work game for me.

What time of day do you eat? I shall prefer around 2-3pm

Curious as well.

Myself, I prefer - morning gym, then coffee, 3-4pm single meal.

usually noon-2

I do much better with one meal a day. Need to quit coffee with creamer though!

Great! Lotsa good things! Hope you are mitigating your blue light too and are outside walking around and watching the sunrise too. And I hope your meal is breakfast cuz thats the meal that starts your body’s metabolism clock. Circadian rhythm biology is the single most important concern for the body.
