The title of this #noAI single exposure photograph is Milky Way through Delicate Arch. Captured during the summer months during a new moon, I used a small flashlight to illuminate the rock formation named Delicate Arch, while the lights of Moab provide a backing rim light accent. Inspired by the beauty of the night sky, and the natural world, I attempt to capture the natural world in its full beauty, without embellishment, or surrealism.

Omgggggg this is amazing. Unreal.

How long was the exposure??

I typically use higher iso and short exposures of 8-15seconds to prevent stars from streaking

I hadn't even thought about that... The earth does move!

Did you light the arch then for it to show up?

Yah small led flashlight :-)

Small flashlight did that? Wow!

Beast mode.

Yah it’s not about the tools you have on hand, just how you use them! High iso did a lot of heavy lifting, along with a good lens.
