For real, there's a reason there's a saying about not seeing the sausage made, but this isnt even that.
Someone heard about sausage on the other side of the world and said eh.. fuck it, eels and eggs stuffed in offal are close enough.
Im not even saying dont eat eels and eggs, but you go and added organ stuffing as if its making it better?
This has given me much angers
At some point in this woman's ancestral heritage all they had was eels, eggs, and colon, and now it's a part of her tradition, poor thing.
