I spent a few hours with some people I don't know well at a birthday party.

The night ended for me after they were on drink number five or so.

They were taking turns talking about people they hate and describing physical injuries they have received recently.

I logged in to nostr and everyone is talking about how much we are winning and rebuilding from first principles.

I used to be able to make small talk with people and now I just can’t bring myself to do it. If you’re not down to talk about tech, finance, politics, history etc… then I just can’t bring myself to keep up the convo.

Relatable. I can run about a two or three minute small talk script, but if we don't get past that before it ends I'll just stand there silently until the interaction is over 🙂
