I worked up to it… it’s dangerous and I got pretty ill two weeks after

it’s quite a shock and during the recovery process and dietary changed the body really can shut down on you for a bit

I Make my body find what it needs. Well.. I do black coffee, lemon squeeze and salt in water. That’s all

We like Himalayan sea salt and fresh lemon in mineral water.. but we also typically work up to a long fast..
