i celebrate the solstice, not the number change., but i made a number of intentions on the darkest day that percolated and became lovely, so i will share this morning's iteration:
take three deep breaths when arriving.
take three deep breaths to start a new task.
continue to work on my patience and emotional container.
continue to study yoga and ayurveda.
make sleep sacred.
make food sacred.
make movement sacred.
make health sacred.
in all interactions, choose grace.
be ready for that not to be their response.
then choose grace again.
and - naturally - with honesty and integrity.
devote time to my self, my husband, my family, and my community.
break unhealthy habits around screens.
set goals. practice meditation. see all situations as something to learn from.
and know [believe] everything is as it must be.
