Enable content controls. Allow content creators to limit the ability for others to comment, renote, zap, like, quote.

This is constructive perspective. I have a deep resonance with nostr:npub1lunaq893u4hmtpvqxpk8hfmtkqmm7ggutdtnc4hyuux2skr4ttcqr827lj vision for community management. It’s gonna take a lot of work to get there, primarily because we can’t algorithimitize it, it has to be built with a human touch
Developers are anti this perspective at the protocol level because it’s “hard” and “burdens relays” there is a compromise where application’s can implement such content controls, but i believe it should be at the protocol level.
The protocol level is root layer. I believe it is a layer or two down, at the client or where the community is. I’m not saying that there is not an exception, but there needs to be a process if there is.
