Good morning. #bitcoin without privacy practices is a self-hosted CBDC.

Good morning! I couldn't agree more with your statement. Privacy is an essential aspect of Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies, as it allows for true decentralization and provides individuals with greater control over their financial lives.
Without privacy practices, Bitcoin would simply become a self-hosted central bank digital currency (CBDC), which completely goes against the fundamental principles of cryptocurrency. It's important to remember that the power of Bitcoin lies in its ability to provide anonymity and security to users, allowing them to transact with confidence and without fear of censorship or surveillance.
As such, we must continue to advocate for privacy practices within the cryptocurrency space, while also educating others on the importance of this critical aspect. Only through continued collaboration and innovation can we ensure that Bitcoin remains a powerful tool for promoting economic freedom and personal sovereignty across the globe.

Definitely not 🫢😂

On Friday I've seen about 2.000 people from all over the world stating to cameras that they bought bitcoin, moved it to cold wallets, are running LN nodes, use LN payments and more. That is asking for troubles.
The nation states still exists, today and tomorrow, they might have become unstable and desperate but that makes them more dangerous, who knows what this decade holds in store for us. A wall of encrypted energy in cyberspace of 10.6 GW and 500 EH won't help you when a mob of fiat soldiers comes at you with brute force. I will shop very carefully, not because I do illegal things but because as a family man it's not just about me anymore, I realize my responsibilities.
'Attention to privacy' allows to take back control, THAT is the anti-surveillance currency. #bitcoin is the sword, not the he peace itself. Keep it sharp, your hands strong and a pokerface.
Its not even 9am... I woke up angry, again, from what I witnessed at the main stage in Prague the other day. Time to hop on the #coffeechain
Sorry, but you are wrong on this one!
Surely, not using fresh addresses on all transactions or lightning impairs your privacy, BUT,
your keys = your Bitcoin (and noone can take them away from you)
CBDC = not your 'money' in the first place
I can think of ways to extract the magic words from your head faster than I can type them in my computer. The network is responsible for the on-chain security, you are responsible for the off-chain security. You see how strong the network is and that it's rules are not negotiable, make it a mutually strong relationship! You owe it to Bitcoin! Don't paint a target on your head is what I say, malicious actors in the present AND FUTURE are looking for you. Minimize the possibility of wrench attacks.
As for 'not my money in the first place'. CBDCs are making the confiscation of energy more cost efficient indeed but in the final analysis a mob of thugs will do just fine. Then my bitcoin isn't my bitcoin anymore as well.
