If Monero comes up with anything useful then eventually that tech will be rolled into Bitcoin at some level. There’s only one interwebs, just like there will be only one Bitcoin.

As someone in BTC for 15 years and with a need for a private store of value NOW, I gave up on Bitcoin becoming more private.
Maybe you have different needs. So do i and I need it now, not in 5 or 10 years. That's why Monero is currently the only solution.
I am using it for both private spends and private store of value.
monero is already providing use to tens of thousands of people everyday by functioning as "peer to peer digital cash"
and we keep evangelizing for that use cases to integrated into Bitcoin.

One day... You'll be reminded that you should have protected your wealth with the best privacy tech available. Not one day, but yesterday. The next best time is now.
Some things can not wait. AI + KYC data already makes any custodial or trandsarent value system (Bitcoin, bank accounts, credit cards) a panopticon.
Next thing that will follow is frozen funds, confiscations and heavy taxation. All thanks to non-fungibility of "modern" payment systems.

you really have no concept of the technical history of Bitcoin at all do you?
these were technologies that were proposed a decade ago when Bitcoin was smaller and easier to change.
strong case to be made that the only reason monero exists at all is because the community decided to not include privacy tools.
