i luv croissants as much as the next guy but it always blows my mind how many people start their day with some form of (often sweet) bread.
For me it only leads to hunger and energy swings.

I start with black coffee. Actually reduced to half-caff. My own stores of fat keep me going.
i really should start using my stores of fat for something.
