i luv croissants as much as the next guy but it always blows my mind how many people start their day with some form of (often sweet) bread.
For me it only leads to hunger and energy swings.
It ruins my day.

sometimes i don’t mind going back to bed tho.
Add fat & protein--it will help mitigate the glucose spike from the carbs.
