I think it would be a really good play. Right now, recipes just get lost in a sea of articles in every supporting client, some don't even display them on profiles with other writing.
Zap walls would be good, or protected event accessible through relay subscriptions. Zap.cooking could charge a small fee to publish protected notes to a specific relay or for the zapwalled recipes.
