I have some of these available to sell. Will sell for slightly less than ebay price. Crypto-currency accepted.
I have used them for lots of projects. They also work fine for a desktop Linux computer. They have two storage slots, an nvme and SATA (optional caddy and cable to connect).
The HP EliteDesk 800 G3 is a good piece of hardware. I have a proxmox server running on one right now.
Do you list on xmrbazaar?
I do, but do not have any of these EliteDesk machines listed yet. I certainly can put up a listing.
To specifically answer your question, though, I have not run a node on one of these. I think it'd work fine, though, with enough storage.
Looks like a good option. I like that it doesn't have WiFi, for security purposes.
Genuine question: What's the best option to run a node as a beginner?
I was just thinking about upgrading my computer to run it, but now seeing this at this price makes a lot of sense.
can you use the Linux command line to follow these directions?

I was unfamiliar with your work man, I thought we were talking about Bitcoin nodes.
My bad, thanks though 🤝🏼
lol my bad
same difference though. you can use this hardware for either.
command line ok?
I’m a non techy Bitcoiner.
I’m checking raspberry nodes now, it seems easy enough for me.
We’ll see.
you could get one of those boxes in the OP and install it if you dont want to buy their hardware.
Video is out now to see how easy it is
