I buy them regularly from the farmerβs market here. They taste delicious!
Had them first time yesterday from the market. Expensive AF here, but soo nice. Gonna have some more tomorrow.
They definitely have a different texture and flavour to other types of mushrooms. They also sell growing kits at the market so Iβll have to try growing them some time. I think they would be an interesting mushroom to watch growing.
