good morning, it’s been 12 days and Swan Bitcoin still hasn’t processed my withdrawal.

I’m about to start making a lot of noise. we must hold Bitcoin companies to a higher standard.

They just processed mine 2 days ago after about a week. I had to raise hell in support because their status updates were useless.

I’ve been back and forth with their support since this started on July 5th.

most recently told it would be complete by end of last week.

Yeah they didn’t even tell me and then all of a sudden my “batched” transaction came in at 2 am.

It’s probably batched like they said but the communication has been beyond piss poor.

Cory sure seems to be communicating fine on twitter 🙄
