Bisq is a decentralized BTC exchange. It's designed for anyone around the world to exchange fiat for BTC in a manner befitting to no centralized authority.
In all honesty, exchanges are really an on-ramp and off-ramp of crypto, leading anyone to be spied on.

So Bisq is fiat to BTC only…not BTC to BTC (which is what their post implied)
