Bisq is a decentralized BTC exchange. It's designed for anyone around the world to exchange fiat for BTC in a manner befitting to no centralized authority.

In all honesty, exchanges are really an on-ramp and off-ramp of crypto, leading anyone to be spied on.

In your second paragraph when you say “exchanges” you are referring to centralized CEXes correct?

So Bisq is fiat to BTC only…not BTC to BTC (which is what their post implied)

Any exchange, really. They're a very good way to mess up on crypto OPSEC.
