Wondering how long I did it last time… currently been a half hour

Brown on top and cooked through. Tough to screw up. Just keep watching.

It’s out of the oven and smells amazing… uhhhh wish I had a blast chiller so I can dig in!!!

Something I forgot is was how much the loaf shrinks. I was worried about it sticking and then realized the grease from the meat and the shrinkage of the loaf work that mess of it sticking.

It’s in the oven!
