And what will change as a result?

tbd, but the lawless regime has already said they're going to appeal the court's decision.

They will waste more of our tax dollars, fighting a legal battle that they have already lost. Wonderful.

I'm not sure what else you could expect.

They break the law and then operate illegally until the slow wheels of justice catch up. Our system was/is not designed to deal with these types of federal abuses.

Agreed, but I am happy to see that the federal courts held up our contistution. Not all is lost, as they say.

I meant to say our charter.

No more sneaky closet thinking about, Mr Bond

License to operate.

💡

The next government that will be in power will not have the precendent to invoke it.

Is the punishment the guillotine? Because anything less and they’ll just keep doing whatever they want

Yeah, I'm not sure our judicial system has the appropriate recourse available.

They will be relegated to the back benches after our next election.

Next emergency right around the corner. So please wait for 5 year after the "emergency" that court will set it as unjustified. Good luck everyone.

Our constitution real isn't worth the paper it's written on.

I think none of the worlds constitution fits to the current system. The problem is that they have made out of each country companys when they registered all in Delaware. This includes alao Rissia and China. And those companys have their own rules and are leaded by so called predidents (CEO's) and their party as management level. So they have overturned all constitutions world wide when they put their system on top of that. If people understand this they will understand also why they are threaten like people (ID's) and not like humans. Sad to say but this knowledge have only a few and you know that no one will belive this facts as they don't have the time to make the reasearch for it.

I don't know much about this, but it sounds very hand-wavy and I doubt it's as clever, in practical sense, as whomever contrived it, believed it to be.

This is just a business model. They patented the name of the country and UN sell them certificates to allow them to operate. Basic certificate trading in very style.

Aside from what *should* be done to the perpetrators, the timing of this plays well on the international stage as farmer convey protests in Europe escalate.

It's another example of cracks forming in the edifice of the elitists.

Take the small victories when they come. They do begin add up.

3.5% of the population can sway government "opinion" which can lead to policy change and you better believe the MFers know it. They couldn't allow the growing support for the convoy continue or it would tip that scale. So they knew jerked.

We should learn from this and use it as leverage. Build the #freedomtech constituency to 3.5% and storm the castle. It's an attainable and reasonable goal and certainly more effective than voting out one oppressor for the other. Once we have numbers, there's a whole host of tactics that be deployed.

*knee*

Great take. True, but thankfully it's much greater than 3.5% now.

Sounds like the WEF agenda of "rebuilding trust" is at work...

There's no pleasing you Mr. deadbandit

The people deserve better.
