Because they are allowed to leave and engage in whatever lifestyle they choose, if that's what they want to engage in then they simply don't return, where that behavior wouldn't be permitted. Kind of an obvious answer...

They simply choose to be who god created them to be. They go with nature and don’t fight against nature.

there are some trans people in amish communities. about the same amount as there are everywhere. same with non-binary gay and intersex people. you don't see it because they're a very patriarchal culture. the more division there is between men and women, the more queer people stay under the radar
