I still need some solution for dealing with spam 😂 that doesn't violate local laws and doesn't require a lot of server resources. Nobody will pay me for complicating spam filters or using LLMs, so that's not an option.

WoT is not that expensive, and you can use auth to cap legit users usage and more aggressively cap one off npub auth so the IP address gets rate limited if it comes again in a short time with a different auth

I saw it but couldn’t understand the source code. It seems to be more connected to relay.tools than I need, but maybe I just didn’t spend enough time figuring it out.
probably is more mature by now too, but yeah, he has written a lot of fancy stuff that makes use of strfry's database to store relay admin stuff
ah, yeah, it is poorly documented, but can easily be generic, .. but i havent had time to do either.. it has had a lot of hardening testing though..
