Are there any Meshtastic specific relays/follow lists to subscribe to?
It seems a lot of the community are in fbook groups (wut) or discord, but surely there’s a better nostr way

Using Amethyst, I can follow a tag like #Meshtastic. I get any tagged content piped right into my feed that way.
Primal also does this.

Yeah, if you search something, up above the results, there should be a "Add this to my home feed" or "feed" (I forget which)
And don't forget about listr.lol for creating your own custom feeds!
