I know of a great HOA free neighborhood you can migrate too....we sought out HOA free home when we bought for this purpose.

I can't promise that one of your neighbors won't go full commie retard (with a Trump sign in his yard) though and ask Daddy government to put in street lights and increase your property taxes $90 in perpetuity though.
