It's impossible not to be loud AF about this once you've cracked the code.

I know SO many people who are stuck on the hamster wheel of busting their ass in the gym + grazing on salads every day, and getting absolutely nowhere. Just bloated & gassy 24/7.

Do the research on how human bodies & our gut is designed, and you realize the higher % of your food intake is high-quality red meat, the better you look & feel. It is that simple.

This is a debate that can go on forever. I mean... I'm mainly vegan and I look great. I do enjoy fish every now and then, but I've never been bloated and gassy like you mentioned. 🤔 And I've never been fat in any way. I don't think that there's a concrete universally healthy diet plan, tbh. Everyone's body chemistry is different to varying degrees.
