A nostr client that generates a new npub for each session. If the client is left open, the key expires and a new one is generated after 24 hours. Usernames and profile pictures are automatically generated. Users cannot edit profile data. Users are assigned a default randomly generated set of relays, but do have the option to edit relays so that they can target their notes. This is optional and behind a settings menu. Users can only create new notes and reply to other notes. Notes always contain the geolocation tag and cannot be disabled. There is only one global feed and this feed only contains notes that have the geolocation tag. Users do not get access to their nsec. Users can like notes and replies. There are no zaps, because keys are anonymous and essentially ephemeral. Users can react with a like/heart/thumbsup. I can make an argument for both posting/viewing images and not having the ability to do so to make this even more anonymous. I think for the direction I'm looking at, no images and anonymous text notes would be sufficient. Feel free to add on to this proposal or build it yourself.

If I had to add a feed filter, it would filtering by miles/kilometers from you. Maybe 50, 100, 200 etc.

Not sure if this is serious, but: for images, just have an algo pick a random one based on the post text. Only option is to include it or not.
It is a serious suggestion for an app based off of the old anonymous yik yak app.
I didn't want to display images for privacy reasons, but also not everything needs images.

The geolocation tag can contain any random geolocation, not necessarily the location of the poster.
There could be zaps if the profiles were setup with automatic pubkey@npub.cash in a profile or the client just assumed as such.
Nostr is recreating the whole internet when it should be innovating. Is there any benefit to a decentralized 4chan? Not really. It's simple code to begin with.
Nostr can improve 4chan. That's what it should aim to do. Thankfully you have inspired me with a new way it can do so.
