What is the best bitcoin payment processor to accept large payments in?
Setting up a contractor so can’t deal with the crappy nostr:npub1cashappn03s3cl2ljsdntv0v28e2um5lgx4vjctqjt23pcwzjhsqmtdg5l limits and stuff. I’m looking for one that can both keep the BTC and convert to fiat.

Thanks, but Btcpayserver can’t do the fiat banking side. And they are not experienced or comfortable with bitcoin transactions yet. If I require them to do that, it just won’t happen unfortunately.
I need a service that integrates with their banking easily.
