Sirloin tip, top round, sirloin, shank trimmings, eye of round, bottom round flat.
Looks like liver and hearts. I honestly have no idea what I'm talking about 😆🤷🏾♂️

Top left we always called the football muscle lol, rump roast below it, one of the rounds beside that, shank top right,
Bottom and top sirloin.
They're all tasty no eye deers to me.
For those that wanted the answers here you go.
At 1 oclock shank and trim, center eye of round, at bottom right outside round, bottom left tri tip, at 9 oclock inside round, at top left sirloin butt.
