Agree with Bitcoin Standard! I also loved Bitcoin Evangelism and The 7th Property. The What Bitcoin Did Podcast is also amazing. Between those you’ll have a great foundation!
I have a podcast episode explaining the basics of Bitcoin in about an hour. (Episode 8) I've also heard good things about Breedlove's first few episodes.
The Bitcoin Stanard is the key to delving deeper, but I have noticed that people who listen to it don't seem to get as much out of it as those who read it. Possibly because of missing graphucs?

As for books, The price of Tomorrow by #[2] is a must read. There’s only one chapter technically about bitcoin, but the book is tangentially making the case for bitcoin.
