Take a Myers-Briggs test online, there are tons of free ones, it's pretty insightful. Most of us are either INTP or INTJ; introverted intuitive thinkers, and we split into either judgers or perceivers.

the difference between INTJ and INTP is that INTJs are probably, you might say, more impulsive, because they decide something and then act on it.
in my fiat mine job i have been building a matchmaking engine for gamers and anime fans, and one of the things they have in it is a MBTI test and i adapted a javascript evaulator that converts the comparison between two different codes and produces a value between 0 and 100. the boss wants us to add a gamer type scheme in the data as well, this is somewhat related, and categorises the different kinds of multiplayer gamer personality types there are, it also has 4 primary types and then there are a combinatorial set of secondary types that go with it. i think that the Bartle gamer type scheme probably could be broadened to cover also the different ways that people approach online forums as well.

i think you will find that INTP/INTJ is a common type found in early adopters of all kinds of technology.
probably you could correlate all of the types (there's 16) to various kinds of participants in bitcoin or any technology related community. there is definitely some personality types that are not interested in novelty of technology or don't like to spend time thinking about the whys and wherefores.
I seem to test INTP or INTJ based on how much sleep I've had, or how stressed I am. Right on the fence between the two, though INTP comes up slightly more often.

If bitcoin's adoption is a function of knowledge/information distributing over time, does the very-high representation of INTJ or INTP types in the early adopters tell us anything about the likely trajectory of the knowledge/information distribution overtime?
I'm INFP-A (Assertive virtuoso), so I would know what that's all about.
Glad we at least have Bitcoin to prove to the world we're actually better than them through performance metrics.
