The reason so many people are so unhealthy is because they bought the triple lie that fruits & veggies are healthy, veg oils are healthy, & avoiding fat makes you thin.

Our bodies can't make use of nutrients wrapped in cellulose. Most veg oils have to be extracted with acetone, then bleached to eliminate the disgusting smell, & were originally machine oils never meant for human consumption. Eating sugar makes your body produce fat. Eating healthy fat makes your body burn fat. And quality red meat is the most nutrient dense food we can consume. Meat heals.

Not just good for losing fat. Got me a hyperactive metabolism and was always hungry. Since switching to mainly animal fats & proteins I can go much longer on a single serving.

Bonus benefit: my barber said my hair’s getting thicker 👍😂
