i've only just started, but i've been cutting out allergens and high carb foods mostly. it's partly caused by kidney damage. but i would say from that i have 10% back, it got unbearable to work about 2 months ago. so i think i've got a chance of getting it back.
doing the exercises, i'm also doing this thing called mewing, which i don't think will help physically my vision but i feel like it increases my alertness and that tends to have a good effect on muscle strength. i've also just started doing situps, just one little set every day for now, just gonna work up to more things bit at a time.
That’s really promising. Best of luck on your journey to restoring your health!
I recently bought this book Take Off Your Glasses and See at the recommendation of a friend. I started reading this morning and realized it covers a lot more than just physical eyesight, but I just thought I’d share it with you in case it helps.

can you help me with a shortcut to the most important thing with the greatest, fastest effect on improving vision?
i think my vision problem is called "astigmatism" because it's not so much that what i read is blurry, it's doubled, mostly in a vertical direction. by simply closing one eye the legibility of text increases dramatically.
I wish I knew more about vision, but I bought the book actually for my girlfriend. I briefly had an astigmatism in college, but it went away when I started getting 8+ hours of sleep consistently.
I know the “seeing double” thing is mentioned in this book because he briefly mentioned it when I skimmed part of Chapter 14 this morning. Maybe some Ctrl + F can help you find some more answers.
yeah, i must bookmark this note so i come back to it later
