What are the countries with the best community culture? And by that I mean people who value their communities and make an effort to be involved / improve the lives of people around them?

Better to ask about counties than countries.
Countries like Bhutan, Rwanda, Costa Rica, Japan, and many in West Africa, where community still means showing up for each other.

pre-industrial agrarian are tight, though it's not as if they intend it, that's how they evolved and survived, plus they don't really improve, rather stay the same, think circular like the seasons. if you want improvement, think Singapore, middle-Europe or Scandanavia, though then not sure about community in terms of intimacy
