Cutting out 100% of seed oils is very hard because they put them in literally everything. But it’s certainly a battle worth fighting.
Anecdotally, I’ve had really bad skin and general inflammation during the winter, but I’ve been eating way more whole foods, meat, fats, and avoiding seed oils as much as possible - and this has been my best winter yet

Awesome! Definitelt something to it. Have known a few people resolving their skin issues with carnivore and or keto. Whole foods does it similar. Imho, single ingredient food is best. Just have to combine them yourself. 🙃
