Better! The first chunk of it hardest, everything post 48 hours is usually smooth sailing for me. I feel laser focused and get tons of shit done 💪

Bone broth is perfect!

I have done really small keto meals to break it, then wait a little bit longer before you have a full sized meal.

If you are doing carbs, I'd keep them relatively low fiber and extremely digestible since it can be a lot in your system initially 🙂

This is great. I’ll go bone broth, then either a small portion of steak and avocado, or ground beef.
