Unfortunately, we’ve needed to add a note to our Bitcoin checkout that Alby extension does not work. We’ve tried getting in touch with their support, but they’ve been unresponsive on assisting with why they’re the only incompatible extension. We apologize to any customers who use Alby. Please use a different extension to purchase/renew.

Can you point us to where you left some feedback about the extension. logs, error messages, console outputs would all be super helpful.
