I've been improving my #sourdough skills for the last month or two. I now have two running cultures that I cycle weekly so we always have home baked bread at home.

I don't have 2 only one. Bake 1-3 loaves a week. Exploring drying discard which also makes excellent bread.

That looks amazing. Do you keep the culture outside at all times to be able to bake 3 times a week?

I keep it in the fridge since we don't eat that much bread.

I've heard discard is great for muffins.

Depends. I'm always experimenting with recipes. She spends a lot of time on the counter when I'm experimenting with new recipes but can sit in the fridge a couple of days at a time. I give a lot of bread away.
