I can fast 24 hours and rip max sets at the gym with zero issues. No real hunger even.

Working out in a fasted state is the best and so much easier I find. I also have no problem during a 48+ hour fast and lifting heavy.
Carnivore workouts just feel better. Fasted workouts even more so!
