ah yeah, thunderhub feels a bit more advanced. I would love to make that UI simple -- maybe some day ;)

Oh yeah, absolutely! It was hard for me to grasp too. I didn't even see the channel open button until yesterday lol
Figuring out how to balance channels was my achilles heel. I thought I had it, then went out to dinner & couldn't pay. 🤣 I quit that night.
I haven't had to do this yet. I don't really know how balancing works. I think it should happen automatically or let me press 1 button haha. That would be my goal as a product designer at least.
1 click would be nice. I thought it was simpler than it turned out to be. Fortunately closing was much more clear 😅
I've been debating on trying again, just to try the cashu mint on my phone thing... but I don't know. I'm pretty happy right now. 😅

They have a paid and a free self hosted version. I'm doing the self hosted via Umbrel, suuuper easy to install and practically nothing to set up. Absolute pleasure. Channel costs are expensive - but you can also just buy those on new magma - made that super easy!
