Land is still mostly in the hands of the State. Starting there is facing the Leviathan head on, and he is a beast no man can tame. The cloud is still free game and we can bypass the State's power more easily starting from there

Oh yeah, I've read it! I think it's one of the more important books of the modern age; it lays out an actionable guideline to undermine the modern nation-state and organize humans in a more "natural" way. Recognition from other states is the only condition I question, but aside from that it's a really interesting book, even for the historical references that are presented alone.
Balajis is a really smart guy.
I should give it a read.
