I don't resonate with "your calendar is probably 90% work for other people" being a bad thing. As an adult, not only is your time best spent helping others, including your family and children, but it is also fulfilling and good for the soul.
I doubt he was only talking about employment, because I doubt anyone spends 90% of their time working.
I think he's making a distinction between helping others and working for fiat.
Helping others is fine, a regenerative farmer is doing work that will benefit others.
Working for a company fixing other peoples mistakes for fiat that gets inflated away, probably not so much..
It all depends on how we define "work" and "benifit" i suppose.
