It occurred to me that posting my npub on xitter accidentally linked my (anon) npub to my kyc identity. And I never meant to do that! 🤬🤬

Hmm...I wonder how long this will be reliable.
Also COULD depend which relays they use. Given that most of us use a cluster of the same ones if nothing else you are at least likely to see someone responding to them I suppose. But if they do just spin up their own relays and/or only post to some fringe ones you may end up missing out.
Not to tell you how to pick your follows, especially as someone already connected. But I do think it's worth sharing the nuance on especially for new folks here trying to figure out how to build their network to begin with (as well as some of the weirdness pertaining to how content moves on Nostr).

Back when search on nostr was a lot more difficult and my WOT was a lot smaller, I relied a lot on finding people's npubs on Twitter.
I'm 4 months clean from Twitter, so obviously I've moved on, but there was definitely a time when copying and pasting npubs from Twitter served me well.
Part of it is also I hate using phones and things that require a lot of taps hahahaha get me a neuralink pronto

If they are here and posting, you'll see them anyway. I'm sure a ton of people enter an npub and just never do anything with it here.
