I see, i will try to reproduce this issue on my end and try to fix it. In the mean time use this website to recover your list:
We are also thinking of implementing caches specifically for metadata and followings in case they get nuked, you will be able to recover them from within the app.
That would be a mega improvement and confidence booster for newbs. Especially as the Profile Manager didn't really work.
If it helps, when I was unfollowing people, it would "refollow" someone as soon as I unfollowed the next Profile, so I'd "re-unfollow" them, probably resulting in what looked like shammy behaviour.
