I think I became a keychat maxi in 2 hours of using the app lol

Can stamps be sub 1 Satoshi level (I think that is a question for nostr:nprofile1qqs9pk20ctv9srrg9vr354p03v0rrgsqkpggh2u45va77zz4mu5p6ccpzemhxue69uhk2er9dchxummnw3ezumrpdejz7qgkwaehxw309a5xjum59ehx7um5wghxcctwvshszrnhwden5te0dehhxtnvdakz7qrxnfk)?

Could a relay be setup that is based on USD mints? Like say 1¢/message?

Do I have to onboard the person I DM on keychat to keychat before they can read my message? Or do I just tell them to add that relay? Could they still DM me?

1. When the price of Bitcoin rises further, I guess the Cashu protocol will introduce currency units smaller than 1 sat.

2. Yes. The relay controls the stamp mechanism itself.

3. The other party also needs to be using the Keychat app. For example, if someone has pasted their Keychat public key in their Nostr profile, you can send them a friend request in Keychat.

Additionally, I recommend trying a Nostr web client in Keychat browser, using extension login and zap.

Do you have links to the github for the relay implementations for keychat?

Hmmm, I'm missing where the stamping interaction with the relay is, is that a specific nip or what?

Cool would it be possible to have the relay accept both free and stamped messages? Like a group full of public shit posting on the same relay as serious stamped encrypted messages?

The relay only needs to forward both stamped and unstamped messages. Think of the relay as a post office.

Yes, stamps can be millisats if the mint supports that. We've built that option, dunno if 0xChat would be able to handle it. I also don't know of any mint that runs on msats though.

sorry keychat, I'm stupid

don't know if any of those wallets would be handle it tbh xD
